MAC's SPX (sports specific) programs offer a variety of performance enhanced training specifically designed for grade school, college and elite athletes. You will experience training techniques taught in elite level sports by current and/or former college and pro athletes to help increase your athleticism, fintess level and exercse technique more efficiently then a traditional gym-based workout.
MAC also works with coaches to develop strength and conditioning programs for their teams. We evaluate the training needs of the team as a whole, as well as the strength and weekness of each individual. Special attention is then given to develop and further enhance the areas of explosive power, speed and injure prevention. As a result, teams will have a higher overal fitness level along with improved performance on an athlete-by-athlete basis.

Foundation (ages 7-14)

During this important time in a child's life, youth athletes are in their "skill-hungry" years. The body is primed for new information and ready to ingrain new movement patterns.
Our curriculum places a high priorty on running technique, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns. The inclusion of formal strength and power training provides benefits in two ways:

NFL Combine & Pro-Day Training

We design our NFL Combine and Pro-Day program to provide peak physical stimulus that pushes the absolute limitation of athleticism. We place the highest emphasis on applied and measurable performance, secondarily fine-tuning athletic movements.
